Dab tsi yog Cov Txheej Txheem Tseem Ceeb Rau Kev Tiv Thaiv Slip Kho Ntawm Anti Slip Terrazzo hauv Chav Dej? Koj Puas Yuav Tsum Siv Cov Txheej Txheem Dej Tsis Txaus?

Cov txheej txheem tseem ceeb thiab cov txheej txheem dej tsis zoo ntawm cov ntaub ntawv pov thawj ntawm kev tiv thaiv slip terrazzo hauv chav dej los tiv thaiv slip yog raws li hauv qab no:

1, Cov txheej txheem tseem ceeb rau kev tiv thaiv plam kev kho mob
Nto polishing thiab anti plam txheej
Lub hauv paus ntawm terrazzo anti slip yog nyob rau hauv kev kho deg. Mechanical polishing (xws li ntxhib sib tsoo log, pob zeb diamond sib tsoo) tuaj yeem ua rau qhov roughness thiab txhim khu kev sib txhuam. Txawm li cas los xij, polishing ib leeg yuav tsis tuaj yeem ua tau raws li qhov ntev ntawm -lub sij hawm ntub dej ib puag ncig ntawm chav dej, yog li nws yog ib qho tsim nyog los muab cov txheej txheem tiv thaiv slip.
Kev xaiv txheej: Xaiv hnav- cov ntaub ntawv tiv taus thiab nplaum heev xws li acrylic acid thiab alkyl polysiloxane los tsim cov yeeb yaj kiab tiv thaiv.
Cov ntsiab lus ntawm kev tsim kho: Cov txheej txheem yuav tsum tau muab sib npaug, tshwj xeeb tshaj yog nyob rau ntawm cov kab sib faib thiab cov ces kaum, uas yuav tsum tau ua kom zoo ua tiav manually kom tsis txhob muaj kev cuam tshuam.
Sealing kev kho mob thiab anti plam kev txhim kho
Tom qab ua tiav ntawm kev tsim kho terrazzo, kev sib khi yuav tsum tau ua kom tiav cov pores saum npoo thiab tiv thaiv cov dej infiltration los ntawm kev ua kom muaj kev zoo nkauj. Cov neeg ua haujlwm sib khi tuaj yeem txhim kho qhov tawv tawv (txog 6-8 qib) thaum txhim kho plam tsis kam.
Anti slip pad pab
Tso cov roj hmab los yog PVC los tiv thaiv cov ntaub qhwv hauv siab - thaj chaw muaj kev pheej hmoo xws li cov chaw da dej thiab cov dab da dej, thiab ua rau thaj chaw sib cuag los ntawm kev tsim qauv tsim kom txo tau txoj kev pheej hmoo ntawm kev ntog.
2, Qhov tsim nyog ntawm cov txheej txheem dej tsis zoo
Lub chav dej yuav tsum tau coated nrog waterproof xim rau cov hauv qab no yog vim li cas:

Cov kev txwv ntawm terrazzo nws tus kheej
Txawm hais tias terrazzo muaj qee yam dej tsis zoo, qhov ntev - cov dej sib xyaw hauv chav dej tuaj yeem ua rau lub hauv paus ua kom ntub dej, ua rau pwm loj hlob, tsw, thiab tseem cuam tshuam rau kev ua neej nyob. Waterproof txheej tuaj yeem tsim cov txheej txheem dej tsis tu ncua, thaiv cov dej nkag mus.
Cov kev xav tau ntawm kev tsim kho
Waterproof qhov siab: phab ntsa waterproof txheej yuav tsum tau flipped mus txog yam tsawg kawg yog 1.8 meters, thiab hauv pem teb waterproofing yuav tsum tau npog tag nrho cov muaj peev xwm tsub kom cov dej.
Kev ua kom ntxaws: Cov pob qij txha ntawm cov phab ntsa thiab cov plag tsev, nrog rau cov hauv paus hniav ntawm cov kav dej, yuav tsum tau pleev xim rau hauv "daim duab yim" zoo li kom tsis txhob muaj kev cuam tshuam.
Kev ntsuas dej kaw: Tom qab txheej txheej dej tsis tau tiav, yuav tsum tau kuaj xyuas dej kaw 24 teev kom paub tseeb tias tsis muaj qhov xau ua ntej kev tsim kho tuaj yeem txuas ntxiv.
Khoom Compatibility
Cov txheej txheem dej tsis zoo (xws li polyurethane thiab JS composite waterproof coatings) yuav tsum tau sib haum nrog terrazzo substrate kom tsis txhob muaj kev sib tsoo lossis tsis ua haujlwm vim cov khoom tsis sib haum xeeb.

3, Cov lus qhia rau kev sib koom ua ke
Grassroots kev kho mob: Ntxuav cov plua plav thiab cov roj stains ntawm qhov chaw ntawm terrazzo kom ntseeg tau tias smoothness thiab dryness.
Kev tsim kho dej tsis zoo: Siv cov txheej txheem dej tsis zoo, tsom mus rau kev kho cov phab ntsa thiab hauv av, cov hauv paus hniav, thiab ua cov dej kaw.
Kev kho cov nplaum nplaum: Tom qab cov txheej txheem dej tsis zoo dries, qhov saum npoo yog polished los yog coated nrog anti plam txheej los txhim kho kev sib txhuam.
Kev ruaj ntseg kaw: Tom qab kev tsim kho tiav, tuav 5-7 hnub kom tsis txhob muaj kev sib tsoo thaum ntxov lossis hnyav hnyav.
4, Xaus
Anti-slip txheej txheem: Nrog nto polishing thiab anti slip txheej raws li cov tub ntxhais, ua ke nrog sealing kev kho mob thiab kev pab tiv thaiv plam.
Waterproof txheej: Nws yuav tsum tau thov thiab nruj me ntsis raws li kev tsim kho specifications kom paub meej tias chav dej qhuav thiab nyab xeeb rau lub sij hawm ntev.
Los ntawm cov txheej txheem kev koom ua ke, terrazzo tuaj yeem ua tiav ob txoj haujlwm ntawm kev tiv thaiv plam thiab dej tsis zoo hauv chav dej, txuas ntxiv nws lub neej kev pabcuam thiab txhim kho nws txoj kev nyab xeeb.
